I'm writing on behalf of my realtor, Grace Bardusk. I couldn't have asked for a better realtor. She was helpful from the very start. The first time i met her, she had this relaxing aura about her that made me feel comfortable right away. She would explain things to me about houses, but never intervened to sway my decision. She was patient and understanding. I know there were numerous times where i was so frustrated that i could cry. However, Grace always knew what to say to make me feel better about a situation. We went through a long process on our first short sale. Fortunately, the deal did not go through. Unfortunately, I had wasted my time on something for 3 months. Yet, even though i was too discouraged to look for another place, Grace made me feel better about looking/ starting the whole process over again. She didn't pressure me into anything and never got agitated with me and my numerous decisions.
I would highly recommend Grace to any of my family or friends. She seems like the type of realtor that would go above and beyond her basic job specifications, in order to make her client happy. I would gladly give Grace five stars for performance, patience, guidance, and helping to explain anything I had a question about. She even went out of her way to explain things to me that my mortgage broker should have explained to me. She is a very knowledgeable person and a very hard worker.
